Where is my email?
It can happen that our emails end up in your spam folder. Take a look here if you haven’t received an order confirmation after a few minutes. We are working on ensuring that this doesn’t happen to you anymore.

What do the emails mean?
Order confirmation:
We have received your order and are checking that everything has worked. This process can take up to 24 hours. It may be that your order cannot be processed (e.g. due to an error during payment). If this is the case, it will be displayed in the checkout window. Nevertheless, the system will first send you an order confirmation. Once your order is completed, you will receive the next email. 

Order completed:
We have checked your order. If you ordered a voucher, you will find the voucher code here. If you ordered a physical product, we will send the package to you as soon as possible. As soon as the package is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive your tracking link by email. 

Where can I find my voucher?
In the order email, you will find your voucher code and a PDF voucher to print out.

Where can I find the voucher code to print out?
You should have received the printable voucher in your email. If this is not the case or you can’t find the email anymore, you can alternatively download it here. 

Can I have the voucher in physical form?
As soon as you order a product that has to be shipped with your voucher, you will also receive your voucher in physical form.
