What should I do if the voucher code doesn’t work?

If your voucher code isn’t working, first check for any extra spaces before or after the code. Also, ensure that there are no incorrect numbers or letters. If the code still doesn’t work, please use the contact form below. Our team will resolve the issue and send you a new code if needed.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

After purchasing a gift voucher for rental bookings, you have the right to change or cancel your order within 14 days. After this period, your right to cancel will expire. If you use your rental voucher to make a booking and then cancel it, the amount will be credited back to your voucher. Please note that the voucher amount cannot be exchanged for cash or used for other products.

The spots campfire card can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The amount paid will be refunded to you afterwards.

How do I obtain a receipt for my order?

You will receive your receipt as a PDF document via email, along with your gift voucher or spots campfire card. If you do not receive the receipt, please contact us using the contact form.

Where can I find my gift voucher after I’ve made a purchase?

Once payment has been received, you will receive your voucher via email. The email will include your voucher code and a template for printing. If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

How does the gift voucher work?

Your voucher is valid for three years and can be redeemed online on the roadsurfer website. It can be used across multiple orders, and any remaining credit will remain on the voucher for future use. Additionally, you can combine multiple vouchers for a single booking.

How do I redeem the voucher code?

To redeem your voucher code, simply enter it in the relevant field during the payment process for your booking. You can find more information here.

How long is the gift voucher valid?

Your voucher is valid for three years. After that, it will expire and can no longer be redeemed. Gift vouchers cannot be extended.

Where can I find the printable version of the gift voucher?

You’ll find the gift voucher template for printing in the email that contains your voucher code. Alternatively, you can download various templates here.

Can I also get the voucher in physical form?

The gift voucher is currently only available in digital form, but you can also download printable templates. This gives you the flexibility to choose the right template and add a personal message.
